Pointes Rewards

Simply create an account on dancer.com and begin earning Pointes! If you have an existing dancer.com account, you are automatically enrolled.

Every dollar spent on dancer.com is worth 1 Pointe. Additional pointes accrue based on your tier. Special event opportunities (such as referring friends or birthday bonuses) include earning bonuses for the related tier.

Each Pointe can be redeemed for 1 cent off your order. For example, 100 Pointes = 1 dollar/euro.

Log into your dancer.com account. On the "My Account" tab you will see "My Pointes" which has your available Pointes balance, Tier level, and Future Pointes.

Purchases on dancer.com should immediately accrue pointes. Please check in with us if you do not see your pointes within 1 business day after ordering, but generally pointes are reflected immediately.

Yes. Up to 1,000 Pointes (equal to $10 dollars/euros) may be used per transaction.

Yes. You can redeem as few as 50 (worth 50 cents) or up to 1,000 pointes per transaction (worth $10 dollars/euros).

Once items have been added to your cart the option to apply pointes will appear on the check-out page. Select the number of Pointes you would like to use toward your purchase and apply toward the order balance—you do not have to redeem all pointes at once. The pointes applied will automatically be your tier.

Yes. Your cart total must be at least 10 dollars/euros to apply Pointes.

Pointes accumulated from an order that is returned will be removed from your account.

If you redeemed Pointes on an order that is returned, the Pointes will be assigned back to your account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this adjustment.

On your dancer.com account, on the "My Pointes" page you will see a tab that says "Manage Pointes". You will see a window where you can convert your Pointes into a coupon code to share with someone else. Select 50 of a portion of Pointes—Each conversion cannot be reversed once it occurs (please be sure you are sharing Pointes with the correct person).

You earn additional Pointes with each Pointes value milestone reached: Corps 200, Soloist 1,000. The milestones have been named after levels within a professional ballet company. When you accumulate 250 Pointes/Euros you are awarded 50 FREE Pointes to your account. When you accumulate 500 Pointes/Euros you are awarded 100 FREE Pointes to your account. When you accumulate 1,000 Pointes/Euros you are awarded 200 FREE Pointes to your account. Furthermore, when you arrive at the Prima tier, you are entitled to 5% off all your future ordering.

Yes! As long as you have signed up for a dancer.com account, you will tell the Boutique that you can use them as a Gaynor Minden boutique in New York City. Please allow up to 14 business days for Pointes acquired in the NYC Boutique to reflect in your dancer.com account.

Yes. Once you have a dancer.com account, the NYC Boutique can apply Pointes to your purchase.

The Gaynor Minden Loyalty Program is only applicable for purchases made on dancer.com or our Gaynor Minden Boutique in New York City.

Congratulations! Once you have reached Prima status, a coupon for 5% off all online for unlimited use will be shared with your dancer.com account. It will not be applied automatically and it cannot be added after an order has been placed. Your pointes will continue to accrue in the same way and will reflect the order value, after the discount has been applied.
